Our Merchandising Planning team is responsible for the planning, buying, and trading of stock across the business. This involves setting a strategy that ensures each deposit has the right product at the correct time a process that begins with the development of option plans provided to the design teams ahead of each season. This includes the induction, training, and management of the place teams. The teams create an inspiring shopping experience that keeps our customers looking and feeling fabulous, time and time again.
